TCP/IP
I am not putting any tutorial in this category in newbie section.I didn't find any tutorial good enough.If you really want to understand TCP/IP go read "TCP/IP illustrated" by Richard W.Stevens.It is an excellent book that starts with basics and goes very deep. It has got 3 volumes though first two should be enough.Advanced topics like ip spoofing are there in ADVANCED SECTION.

Also there are other good books from the same author like "The giant blackbook of viruses" and "the blackbook of e-mail viruses"(not available in electronic form).
